3 x 2 hour training sessions every week led by our experienced coaching team.

We use tactical periodisation for our season-long planning and have a set game model for the students. It will suitably stretch and challenge all players preparing them for their college competitions and into adult football.

We include analysis, individual learning plans, team and small group sessions.

Games and training will be recorded with our state-of-the-art camera, so we can clip and analyse performances. We can then show our Academy players what they need to improve on, and make training specific when needed.

Position Specific Sessions will be delivered to accelerate development and address specific weakness 

Individual Strength & Conditioning programme designed and monitored by a trained Professional 

Gym sessions twice a week included on this programme.

The teams will play regular, weekly fixtures in the Tactics League as well as the ML league.

2 of our Lead Coaches currently work at a Professional Club Academy (Premier League and WSL Club).

Another one of our coaches works at a Championship Club's Boys Academy.

Our GK Coach is FA Qualified as a GK and has experience of GK-specific coaching at college level with another provider before joining us.

Qualified PT as a Strengh & Conditioning coach.
