A Grassroots Club

OAFC is a grassroots club based in Oxford. We aim to provide a well-run and development-focused environment.

Our aim is to enhance the standard grassroots offer! With employed coaches, a technical director, an operations manager, 2 sessions a week and linkage across teams with ethos, planning and strategy. Grassroots hasn't been done like this before!

What are our aims?

We want the kids to enjoy themselves and learn about the beautiful game that we all love!

We aim to provide a safe, family-feel environment where the players are given a great opputunity to be a part of a club that really values development and growing as footballers and people!

What's on the Programme?

Each player has an individual learning plan. Coaches will work to improve the player's individual ability within their group setting.

We also have a season-long plan focused on the '4 moments of the game'.

Our planning is proactive and not reactive. In other words, we focus on long term development and not the next match!
